Fuel Effect Fires Ltd, (FEF) was founded in 1998 with the intention of delivering living flame gas fires to the domestic heating industry, that actually looked realistic. This has been achieved and now the company is steadily becoming a leading provider of appliances renowned for the realism of effect and the quality of manufacture.

Ironically, based on the old coal pit site in Bolsover, the company employs local people to manufacture gas fires that look like coal fires. Many of the fathers of the current workforce used to come to the same site to mine the now redundant coalfields beneath.

With an ever growing number of stockists located around the country we can offer nationwide support in the presentation and knowledgeable display of our products and the after sales service required.

The company continuously strives to bring pleasing design and aesthetics to domestic room heating and has appliances available to suit all living situations and styles.
